Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving our growth by identifying and engaging potential enterprise clients within the B2B tech sector. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a background in inside sales or as an Account Executive (AE) who is looking to transition into enterprise sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect Identification: Research and identify key decision-makers within target enterprise accounts in the B2B tech industry.
- Lead Generation: Utilize a variety of tools and techniques to generate and qualify leads, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking events.
- Engagement: Initiate meaningful conversations with potential clients to understand their needs and pain points, and effectively communicate the value of BlueWhale Research’s lead generation solutions.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized and up-to-date sales pipeline, tracking interactions and progress within our CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads and to develop targeted sales strategies.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to provide valuable feedback to the team and contribute to continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in inside sales or as an Account Executive, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the B2B tech industry is highly desirable.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques, with the ability to identify and qualify high-potential leads.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft/Outreach, ZoomInfo).
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, as well as independently.
- Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced and evolving industry, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new strategies and technologies.

Pay Range:
$70,000 – $100,000
